Maury Povich hawking at-home paternity tests: ‘The results are in’

No lie, the father of raucous daytime TV is launching a new venture.

Maury Povich — the famed host of “Maury,” known for his iconic catchphrase “You are not the father” — is bringing his paternity stunt to viewers’ homes.

The TV personality, 84, has developed his own line of at-home paternity tests, aptly called “The Results Are In,” which feature all the necessary tools to take a DNA sample that can then be sent to a diagnostics center.

“I’ve seen firsthand how DNA testing can change lives and bring families together,” Povich told TMZ in a statement. “With ‘The Results Are In,’ we’re making it easier and more affordable than ever before for people to get the answers they need.”

Unlike his show, there’s no funny business — the company promises complete confidentiality and a 99.99% accuracy rate with results, which arrive in just two to three business days.

The Post has reached out to representatives of Povich for comment.

Povich, who retired from daytime TV last year, previously told The Post that the popularity of his infamous catchphrase has stunned him.

“Who would have thought that when it comes to slogans and monikers that, ‘You are not the father/You are the father’ … would become part of pop culture?” Povich told The Post last year.

“The memes that people have used … I’ve seen postcards that say, ‘And Joseph, you are not the father!’ when it comes to Christmas cards,” he added. “It just goes on and on.”

Povich was a TV fixture for decades.

Formerly the host of the news program “A Current Affair” (1986-1990), he went on to be the face of the daytime show “Maury” (1991-2022).
